Change of taste.
Most of our inhibitions towards particular foods come because our tastebuds do not like em'.
But, there's more to taste than just the science of our tongue and our tastebuds.
We like something because it tastes good to us.
We refuse to eat something because we don't like the taste of it.
Taste doesn't come like that, taste is made.
Likes and dislikes don't come naturally, they are made, moulded, influenced, shaped by culture, backgrounds, social status, religion, and even more.
Taste sometimes stays.
Taste sometimes changes.
I like snowskin mooncake now.
I used to dislike it.
